Maintenance Technician

American Communities is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations and help keep our community running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll assist with unit turns, complete minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and help maintain curb appeal through grounds care and exterior upkeep. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid general maintenance knowledge who is ready to take the next step beyond make-readies and grow their skills.

Must have an EPA Type II or Universal certification.
