Production Support Specialist

Position Overview  Fastening Specialists is seeking a dependable Production Support Specialist to support our production and warehouse operations. This role helps keep the production room supplied and running efficiently by gathering materials, putting away finished goods, replenishing stock, and supporting material movement throughout the warehouse. This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.    Key Responsibilities  • Put away finished goods accurately after production  • Gather and stage product, materials, and supplies needed for the production room  • Return components and materials to the correct location when needed  • Replenish stock and maintain organized warehouse locations  • Operate a forklift safely after training and certification  • Support warehouse cleanliness, safety, and workflow  • Assist with packing or production work when needed  • Other duties as assigned    Qualifications  • Strong attention to detail and reliability  • Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment  • Ability to follow instructions and support a fast-moving operation  • Forklift experience is helpful, but not required  • Forklift training will be provided    What We Offer  • Starting pay of $17 per hour  • Forklift training provided  • On-the-job training  • Opportunity to grow within operations  • Team-oriented work environment    Application Question  • What is your distance from your home to our location at 726 Central Florida Parkway?
