About the Role
This Med Manager or CMA will be working in the evening to call and check-in on staff to discuss with them that they are completing their MAR punches appropriately for the clients they are working with. Being willing and ready to cover a shift during the evening if there is a call-off. We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to work, providing consistent, high-quality care in a home-like setting.

Hiring for different shifts throughout the week:Ā
- Evening Shift
- Weekends
- Flexible scheduling to fit work/life balance
Responsibilities include:
- Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Meal preparation, housekeeping, and home management tasks
- Transportation to appointments and community activities
- Medication reminders (online training on systems provided)
- Documentation of services provided and overseeing the staff are documenting and understand the importance of doing this at the time of the reminderĀ
- Encouraging independence and supporting client goals
- Ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout shifts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medication Manager or CMA or higher
- Experience with bathing assistance, dressing, cleaning, & grooming
- Willingness to learn, grow, and continue your education through online training (paid on the job)
- Ability to perform physical job duties as needed per the individuals needs
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, compassionate attitude
